«Путешествие в Чудо-Море»

.

Цель: снятие эмоционального напряжения, знакомство с нейрографической линией.

Задачи: — знакомство с нейрографической линией и развитие фантазии;

— развитие воображения;

— снятие эмоционального напряжения.

Ребята, сегодня мы с Вами отправимся в путешествие по морским волнам. На каком транспорте можно отправиться в морское путешествие? Правильно, на корабле. Для этого нам нужно каждому смастерить свой кораблик.

Упражнение «Чудо-кораблик».

Цель: развитие мелкой моторики и воображения.

Детям раздаются листочки с картинкой корабля, который нужно обвести по точкам и разукрасить.

Психолог: Ребята, какие красивые и красочные у вас получились кораблики. Вы справились с заданием!

Упражнение «Игра с волной».

Цель: знакомство с нейрографической линией и развитие фантазии.

Психолог: Ребята пусть каждый из ленточек попробует нарисовать волшебные линии.

Релаксация «Водопад». (Звучит спокойная музыка)

       Садитесь удобнее. Закройте глаза. 2-3 раза глубоко вдохните и выдохните. Представьте себе, что вы стоите возле водопада. Но это не совсем обычный водопад. Вместо воды в нем падает вниз мягкий белый свет. Теперь представьте себя под этим водопадом и почувствуйте, как этот прекрасный белый свет струится по вашей голове. Вы чувствуете, как расслабляется ваш лоб, затем рот, как расслабляются мышцы шеи… Белый свет течет по вашим плечам и помогает им стать мягкими и расслабленными. Белый свет стекает с вашей спины, и вы замечаете, как и в спине исчезает напряжение, и она тоже становится мягкой и расслабленной. Пусть свет течет также по вашим рукам, по ладоням, по пальцам. Вы замечаете, как руки и ладони становятся все мягче и расслабленнее. Свет течет и по ногам. Вы чувствуете, что и они расслабляются и становятся мягкими. Этот удивительный водопад из белого света обтекает все ваше тело. Вы чувствуете себя совершенно спокойно и безмятежно, и с каждым вдохом и выдохом вы все глубже расслабляетесь и наполняетесь свежими силами… (30 секунд). Теперь поблагодарите этот водопад света за то, что он вас так чудесно расслабил… Немного потянитесь, выпрямитесь и откройте глаза

Упражнение «Чудо-море».

Цель: научить рисовать нейрографическую линию и сплоченность коллектива, снятие эмоционального напряжения.

Психолог: Ребята, посмотрите перед вами лежит большой чистый лист бумаги (на полу кладется кусочек рулона обоев, длинна на ваше усмотрение) давайте здесь нарисуем чудо-море, чтобы наши кораблики могли плыть по нему. И так каждый из вас берет фломастер любого цвета и начинает рисовать волшебную линию, эта линия туда, где мы не ожидаем ее увидеть! Начинаем творить наше разноцветное чудо-море!

Психолог: Ребята вы справились с заданием, и у вас получилось очень яркое и разноцветное чудо-море! А теперь каждый из вас возьмет свой кораблик и оправит его в плаванье.

Упражнение «Рисование «танцующих» линий по мятой бумаги».

Цель: снятие эмоционального напряжение.

Детям раздается листочек бумаги, они его должны смять (сминается кусочек бумаги, затем разравнивается) и по смятым бороздкам прорисовываются «танцующие» линии. Полученные ячейки между линиями можно раскрасить цветными карандашами или фломастерами.

Завершающее упражнение «Спасибо!»

Я хочу, чтобы все, кто присутствовал сегодня здесь мне и друг другу хорошо – улыбнулись мне, и поаплодировали себе за прекрасную работу одним пальцем, двумя пальцами…
